While it's winter here in Australia, the combination of a warmish spell with warmer-than-normal sea temperatures, has allowed us to take our open-boats to the NSW coast for a spot of surfing. The Legend 16 is pretty competent in such a setting, but once the waves get steep/tall, things get dangerous.
